This website
This website stores two cookies for one year: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language, and THEME, which remembers light or dark mode. The theme choice is also written to local storage under the key theme. This website has no forms and does not load third-party analytics scripts.
Shopify store data
Seamline requests the Shopify access scopes read_products, read_orders, read_customers, and read_shopify_payments_payouts. For customers it stores email, first name, last name, and phone.
Accounts a merchant connects
A merchant may connect Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, and ECB FX Rates, in addition to Shopify. Stripe access is read-only. PayPal access includes openid, email, profile, and transaction reporting.
Daily briefing
Seamline can send a daily briefing to a WeCom or DingTalk group that the merchant configures.
Uninstall and retention
When the merchant uninstalls Seamline, we deactivate the shop and delete its access tokens. Orders, customer records, and profit calculations remain stored. There is no automatic expiry.
