Seamline lo opera Shenzhen Hongqi Information Technology Co., Ltd. Las consultas van a serivce@seamlinecfo.com. El servicio solo lee Shopify y las cuentas de pago y publicidad que conecta el comerciante; no escribe y no pausa anuncios ni emite reembolsos en su lugar. La facturación aún no está activa, el acceso anticipado es gratis y los planes publicados no son un cargo. Los detalles de los datos están en la política de privacidad. Tras desinstalar, la tienda se desactiva y se eliminan los tokens de acceso. Los pedidos, los datos de clientes y los cálculos de beneficio se conservan, sin caducidad automática.
Who operates the service
Seamline is operated by Shenzhen Hongqi Information Technology Co., Ltd.
The service
Seamline is a Shopify embedded app. Merchants sign in through Shopify session tokens and do not get a separate password. Seamline reads the store and the accounts the merchant connects. That access is read-only: Seamline does not write to Shopify, payment platforms, or ad platforms. Seamline shows findings and cost analysis for the merchant to review. It does not pause campaigns, issue refunds, or take any other automatic action.
Billing
Billing is not enabled. Early access is free. There is nothing to buy and no card to enter. Published plans are on the pricing page and are not a charge. Order-volume boundaries can change before billing opens. No invoice is issued while billing is not enabled.
Your data
Data collection, cookies, accounts a merchant connects, the daily briefing, and how long data is kept are described in the privacy policy.
Uninstall and retention
When the merchant uninstalls Seamline, we deactivate the shop and delete its access tokens. Orders, customer records, and profit calculations remain stored. There is no automatic expiry.
