The revenue side of the profit tree

Installed inside the Shopify admin, Seamline reads your store on a schedule: orders, payments, refunds, fulfilments and the SKU list.

What is read

  • Paid, partially paid and refunded orders with their line items
  • Payment transactions with settlement currency and fees
  • Refunds and refund line items
  • Fulfilment records and the SKU catalogue

Where it lands

  • Order totals, discounts, taxes and shipping lines form the revenue side of each SKU row
  • Transaction fees feed the platform fee check when Shopify Payments is the gateway
  • Refund amounts drive the refund-rate and return-fee checks
  • SKU identity is what links ad spend and cost profiles back to profit

Known limits

  • Transaction fees are only returned for Shopify Payments; other gateways leave the field empty
  • Only paid, partially paid, partially refunded and refunded orders are pulled
  • Orders are windowed by creation date, transactions and refunds by update date
  • Records arrive in batches, so the view is as fresh as the last sync
